В Лениногорске прокуратура через суд добилась решения о обеспечении жителей села Старая Письмянка водоснабжением.

      Лениногорская городская прокуратура подала иск в суд в защиту жителей улицы Асфальтной села Старая Письмянка. На протяжении нескольких лет жители этой улицы были лишены доступа к централизованному водоснабжению. Не смотря на обращения граждан, начиная с 2021 года, проблема не была решена. Недостаток воды питьевого качества создавал сложности для удовлетворения физиологических и бытовых нужд населения. Прокуратура обратилась в суд, и требования надзорного органа были удовлетворены. Суд обязал ответчика организовать подачу воды питьевого качества в достаточном объеме для удовлетворения физиологических и бытовых потребностей населения. На данный момент решение суда не вступило в законную силу.

      Также сообщается, что прокуратура помогла жителям села в РТ решить проблему с водоснабжением. Жители улицы Асфальтной в селе Старая Письмянка Лениногорского района не имели централизованного водоснабжения.
