      social and pedagogical services covering prevention of behavioral deviations, formation of positive interests and organization of leisure;

      social and labor and social and legal services.

      – Who can receive social services free of charge?

      – Social services are provided free of charge to those affected by emergencies and armed interethnic conflicts, to disabled persons and participants of the Great Patriotic War, disabled combatants, people awarded the badges "Resident of besieged Leningrad," "Resident of besieged Sevastopol," "Resident of besieged Stalingrad," as well as those who worked during the Great Patriotic War at anti-aircraft defense facilities, in the construction of defensive structures, at military facilities, in front-line areas, or as part of transport fleet crews.
