A lifeline in a difficult moment: why children and teenagers need a helpline

      Undoubtedly, the ideal situation is one in which a child can trust their parents and find support in them. But this does not always happen. When there is no understanding adult nearby who is ready to listen without judgment and offer advice, professional psychologists from the Child Helpline come to the rescue. This service was created so that any child or teenager can anonymously and free of charge receive qualified psychological support in any difficult situation, whether it is a conflict with peers, misunderstanding within the family, stress, or simply a feeling of loneliness. It is important to convey this information to both children and adults so that in difficult moments everyone knows where to turn.
