Salahov: the issue of land compensation for large families is under consideration.

      Farid Salakhov, head of the executive committee of Naberezhnye Chelny, reported on the current situation with the provision of plots to the city’s large families. As of today, 774 families have already chosen plots of land. The city manager also noted that the issue of monetary compensation is under consideration. “The question of monetary compensation is the prerogative of the Republic of Tatarstan. The Republic must make the appropriate decisions. The issue is being worked on. The amount of compensation is unknown. If such a decision is made, the information will be communicated to large families,” Farid Salakhov replied to a question from Chelny-biz.ru. The speaker noted that from 2012 to 2020, 3,410 plots were issued to the city’s large families in the Tukaevsky district: in the villages of Azmushkino, Semekeeyevo, Ilbukhtino and Kalmash. Today, more than six thousand city families are registered to receive plots. Land for them is being sought in districts closest to the city. The city manager emphasized that 1,540 plots have already been transferred to Chelny for allocation to large families, and 465 are undergoing surveying. This year the city authorities plan to provide more than two thousand land plots to large families. The city administration intends to fully resolve this issue within the next three years.
