      - First of all, it is important to know that the reproduction of information about real estate objects in the personal account on the Unified Portal of State Services (Gosuslugi) is possible only if there are registered rights in the EGRN with respect to such real estate object. As of March 1, Federal Law No. 487 of 26.12.2024 "On Amendments to Certain Legislative Acts of the Russian Federation" introduced obligations for developers to register the ownership rights of equity participants. After transferring a shared-construction object to a participant in shared construction and putting such object on the cadastral register, the developer, no later than 30 working days from the date of signing the transfer-and-acceptance act, a unilateral act or another document on the transfer of the object, is obliged to send to Rosreestr an application for registration of the ownership right of the participant in that object. This application is submitted electronically. In order for information about the registered rights to the apartment to appear in the EGRN, we recommend contacting the developer to submit the application and documents in accordance with current legislation to the Rosreestr Office for the Republic of Tatarstan.

      In addition, Article 17 of Federal Law No. 218-FZ provides for a state fee in accordance with the Tax Code of the Russian Federation. After registration, our agency will send the applicant — the developer — an extract from the EGRN, which the developer is obliged to send to the equity participant.
