Tatarstan set two Russian records for youth employment at the Alabuga special economic zone

      This summer a total of 2,895 young people found work, among them students and schoolchildren from 55 regions of Russia.

      The student brigades of Tatarstan made history in the Russian youth labor movement by setting two records for the number of young people employed at the sites of the Alabuga Special Economic Zone. This was made possible by the implementation of large-scale federal initiatives — the All-Russian project of teenage labor detachments "Alabuga TOP" and the All-Russian student construction project "Alabuga Stroy." In total this summer a total of 2,895 young people found work, among them students and schoolchildren from 55 regions of Russia. They took an active part in the infrastructure projects of the special economic zone and made a significant contribution to the region's development by performing construction, repair and organizational work.

      The records include:

      The largest number of employed students in the construction profile engaged simultaneously as part of a single project ("Alabuga Stroy") — 1,941 students.

      The maximum number of employed teenagers during the summer months within a separate project ("Alabuga TOP") — 954 teenagers.

      Vasily Islaev, director of the Republican Center of Student Labor Brigades of the Republic of Tatarstan, emphasized the importance of the goals set:

      "The labor projects of the RSO correspond to the goals of the national project 'Youth and Children.' They contribute to creating conditions for fostering a strong work ethic, responsibility and respect for labor among the young generation of Russians."

      Stanislav Konenko, editor-in-chief and founder of the Book of Records of Russia, confirmed the recording of the achievements and expressed confidence in the future of the project's participants: "The working season is coming to an end and that is a little sad, but your working future is only beginning. You are united, bound by one goal — to make your own future and Russia's future better. I hereby declare the records officially registered!"

      The project participants included young specialists, many of whom plan to continue their studies and build their careers in the Republic of Tatarstan. For example, a number of program participants expressed their intention to enroll in local educational institutions, such as the Alsu Alimov Institute ("Alabuga Polytech"), and to tie their professional future to the development of the republic's infrastructure.

      In addition to the official results, participants also demonstrated high levels of activity and teamwork. For example, the team from Kazan State Power Engineering University was recognized as the best in commissar activities. It organized cultural events, contests and competitions, providing participants with emotional support and motivation.

      The "Alabuga Stroy" project allowed many young people to gain unique professional experience, feel the joy of collective labor and the sense of belonging to the common, great cause of building Russia's future.
