Tatarstan's student brigades are breaking Russia's records for youth employment.

      The student brigades of the Republic of Tatarstan made a huge contribution to the development of the national youth employment program, setting two new Russian records for engaging students and teenagers in paid work at the Alabuga Special Economic Zone (SEZ). This summer, as part of the large-scale national projects "Alabuga TOP" and "Alabuga Stroy," nearly 3,000 young participants from various parts of Russia were involved, thereby covering a significant share of the country's youth. Under the guidance of the youth association "Russian Student Brigades," university and school students were able to take an active part in implementing major infrastructure projects in the republic, gaining their first work experience and professional skills. During the period, young workers took part in construction activities, including installation of metal structures, finishing work, laying communications and constructing roofs. Vasily Islaev, director of the Republican Center of Student Labor Brigades, emphasized the importance of the initiative, noting that many participants decided to stay in Tatarstan, choosing to study at local institutions and to continue their careers there.

      The editor-in-chief of the Book of Records of Russia, Stanislav Konenko, solemnly announced the official recognition of two records: the largest number of employed student-builders in a single project ("Alabuga Stroy") – 1,941 people, and the greatest number of employed teenagers in one summer ("Alabuga TOP") – 954 participants. Female participants in the project shared their impressions, noting the significance of their contribution to the socio-economic development of the state. Ulyana Kirsanova, commissar of the labor studio "Isida," emphasized the emotional component of participating in the movement, stating that it is important to see the fruits of one's work having a tangible impact on the economy of their native region.

      The "Alabuga Stroy" project proved to be a successful example of patriotic education of youth, allowing students and teenagers to master new professions, acquire important life competencies and gain confidence in their future. As a result of the work, participants created conditions for comfortable living and the development of industrial enterprises within the territory of the special economic zone.
