The ceremonial opening of the second specialized energy class was held at School No. 4 in Zainsk.

      From this year, the implementation of the new national project "Personnel" has begun in the Zainsk district. It is one of the most important projects, as it directly or indirectly contributes to achieving each of the national development goals. Qualified specialists are the foundation of enterprises in all sectors of the economy; they are always needed.

      One of the vivid examples of the project's implementation was the ceremonial opening of the second specialized energy-oriented class — the "energoclass." The initiators of the project were the joint-stock company "Setevaya Company." This academic year, 16 specialized classes were opened in various regions of Tatarstan. After the successful graduation of the first energoclasses, the two-year training program was launched simultaneously in specialized classes in seven cities: Kazan, Nizhnekamsk, Zainsk, Yelabuga, Naberezhnye Chelny, Chistopol, and Bugulma.

      Ekaterina Andreeva, head of the Personnel Center Administration for the Zainsk district, took part in the solemn opening ceremony of the energoclass in Zainsk.

      The main goals of the project:

      — early career guidance for schoolchildren

      — increasing interest in engineering specialties

      — forming a personnel reserve for the energy sector.

      Close cooperation with educational institutions of the Republic of Tatarstan (Zainsk Polytechnic College, Kazan State Energy University), as well as social partnership with the employment service, play a significant role in the project's implementation.

      The curriculum for the specialized classes is structured to provide a deep theoretical base and the necessary technical training. Students will study physics and mathematics at an advanced level and engage in specialized modules aimed at acquiring practical skills.

      The educational process is organized comprehensively; in addition to lessons and lectures, the program includes:

      — practice at production sites;

      — various interactive activities, master classes, cultural and sports events;

      — industrial excursions;

      — participation in contests, olympiads, and regional conferences.

      Support for students within the framework of additional education is also provided: young people will be able to attend classes at the polytechnic college and undergo professional trial placements.

      Thus, students of the energoclass at School No. 4 have an excellent opportunity to gain the fundamental knowledge and experience necessary for future employment in the modern energy industry. The opening of the energoclass in Zainsk is an important step in the implementation of the national project "Personnel" and contributes to the training of qualified specialists for the energy sector.
