Exactly one year ago, on this memorable day, Metropolitan Kirill of Kazan and Tatarstan, together with Bishop Gavriil of Naberezhnye Chelny and Yelabuga, performed the rite of minor consecration of the church in honor of the miraculous icon of the Most Holy Theotokos "Healer," which is located on the premises of the "Quiet Garden" spiritual complex.
