      A man was detained by officers of Correctional Colony No. 2 in Kazan after attempting to throw four bundles and six mobile phones over the fence to inmates. All of it was seized before it reached the addressee.

      The bundles found on the detainee, together with their contents, were sent for examination.

      “The Forensic Expert Center of the Ministry of Internal Affairs established that the bundles contained a synthetic drug weighing 4 grams,” the Federal Penitentiary Service for Tatarstan reported. A criminal case was opened on the attempted delivery of drugs and mobile phones into the colony.
