      An educational event on the legal and cultural aspects of life in Russia was organized for migrants at the central library of Zainsk. The lecture was given by representatives of the Center for the Social and Cultural Adaptation of Foreign Citizens of the Republic of Tatarstan.

      An educational course aimed at the social and cultural adaptation of foreign citizens was held in Zainsk. The event was organized by the Autonomous Noncommercial Organization “Center for the Social and Cultural Adaptation of Foreign Citizens” of the Republic of Tatarstan at the city’s central library. The Center, whose founder is the Assembly of the Peoples of Tatarstan, was created in 2025 as a pilot project of the Federal Agency for Nationalities Affairs. Its work is implemented within the framework of the measures of the Concept of the State Migration Policy of the Russian Federation for 2019–2025.

      Speaker Aleksey Aleksandrovich Pashin highlighted key aspects of integration into Russian society. He told those gathered in detail about the need for strict compliance with Russian legislation, as well as measures to counter extremism and terrorism.

      Participants in the meeting also received information about the activities of the House of Friendship and the Assembly of the Peoples of Tatarstan aimed at preserving and developing the national cultures of the peoples of the republic. In conclusion, they were explained the traditional Russian spiritual and moral values.
