During the period of operation of the new Unified Contact Center (UCC) in the Republic of Tatarstan, the total number of inquiries amounted to approximately three thousand five hundred requests. Launched by the region’s Ministry of Economy in February of this year, the center became part of the federal project “Efficient and Competitive Economy.” Commercial entities most frequently requested informational and advisory assistance regarding the terms for providing financial and other support to entrepreneurs. Nearly one and a half thousand such inquiries were registered. Users most often sought information about active microloans, partner lending, equipment leasing terms, grants, and the conclusion of social contracts.
In addition, a significant number of requests concerned tax issues, legal aspects of entrepreneurial activity, completion of documentation, tax payment regimes, registration of individual entrepreneurs in the mobile service “My Tax,” and other topics important for successful business operations.
The contact center operates on a one-stop-shop principle: center staff provide explanations about current government programs supporting entrepreneurship and answer any questions entrepreneurs may have regarding business activity. All information is received through a variety of communication channels – online chats, web portals, a hotline, and social networks.
For self-study of general issues, many citizens can use specialized resources such as the federal portal for small and medium-sized enterprises MSP.RU and the regional service of the Business Support Center “My Business” in Tatarstan, as well as receive recommendations from specialized virtual assistants and consultants on social networks.
