      On the Kazanka embankment on September 28 a mobile collection point for recyclables and clothing will open. Residents will be welcomed from 10:00 to 12:00.

      For recycling, volunteers from the "EcoLogichno" project will accept good clothing, books and magazines, stationery, as well as plastic, metal, appliances, foil, waste paper and other types of recyclables. The full list can be found at the link.

      Additionally, in the free market area people will be able to leave broken umbrellas, PVC folders, flower pots, broken ceramics, and glass jars from perfumes and medicines.

      At the same time, residents will not be able to hand in audio and videocassettes, vinyl records, polystyrene (styrofoam tableware, insulation and other items), shoes and rags, water filters, toys, batteries, lamps and thermometers.

      According to the organizers, participants in the event will be able to receive 50 bonus points (1 bonus equals 1 ruble) on the card of one of the supermarkets. To do this, they will need to scan a QR code at the site.

      Until the end of 2026 the events will take place every month. The campaign is organized by the "EcoLogichno" movement with the support of the "Kazanka Development Strategy" projects, the Directorate of Parks and Squares, Kazan City Hall and grants from PJSC Tatneft.
