      Deputy imam-muhtasib of the city of Almetyevsk and Almetyevsky District for social affairs, member of the Public Council under the Almetyevsky District Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia, Ruzil Khazrat Ikhsanov, and the rector of the Church in honor of the Icon of the Mother of God “Joy of All Who Sorrow”, head of the Almetyevsk Diocese’s department for interaction with the Armed Forces, the Ministry of Internal Affairs and the National Guard, Archpriest Evgeny Romanov, held a working meeting with the personnel of the Almetyevsky District Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia. The guests addressed issues of strengthening friendship within the team, mutual assistance among employees, creating a healthy microclimate in law enforcement families, and preserving the high traditions of the officer corps. The spiritual mentors emphasized the importance of moral guidelines and the moral resilience of police officers, specifically highlighting the significance of adhering to professional ethics and fidelity to the principles of honesty and justice. The meeting was constructive and substantive; the parties expressed their readiness to continue cooperation within the framework of cultural and educational activities.
