      According to BUSINESS Online, this morning the head of the general affairs department of the executive committee of Naberezhnye Chelny, Albert Ismagilov, was detained. He is suspected of receiving a bribe of more than 1 million rubles. At present Ismagilov is detained; he is being questioned by the Investigative Committee of the Republic of Tatarstan, and searches are being conducted at his workplace. It is expected that in the near future the investigative authorities will apply to the court to impose a preventive measure on Ismagilov. BUSINESS Online sent a request to the city administration asking to comment on the circumstances of Ismagilov’s detention, but by the time of publication no response had been received.
