A professional skills competition was held in Zainsk among employees of the Tatneftedor company.

      Specialists from five districts of Tatarstan took part in the competition.

      A professional skills competition was held in Zainsk among workers in the leading professions of the limited liability company "Tatneftedor." Teams from the Aznakaevsky, Almetyevsky, Bugulminsky, Nurlatsky and Zainsk road administrations competed for the title of winners. Specialists competed in professional skills in the following disciplines: "Master of the Year," "Motor Grader Operator," "Excavator Operator," "Loader Operator," "Dump Truck Driver," and "Best Road Maintenance Crew."

      Honored guests attended the event: head of Zainsk District Razif Karimov; Deputy General Director for Economics and Finance of the Tagras holding Sergey Sergeev; director of LLC "Tatneftedor" Rustem Garifullin; and head of the Executive Committee of Zainsk District Emil Galeev.

      In a ceremonial atmosphere, the organization's employees received awards for their fruitful work and contribution to the development of the road sector of the Republic of Tatarstan. The professional skills competition is not only an opportunity to identify the best specialists but also a pleasant occasion to meet with colleagues and mentors, as many veterans of the organization were among the invited guests. A cultural program was organized at the event, various master classes were held, and the youngest guests were entertained by children's entertainers.
