At a meeting chaired by the Rais of Tatarstan, Rustam Minnikhanov, it was announced that road works under the "Our Yard" program have been almost entirely completed — reaching 99%. Work remains unfinished in only 13 courtyards: 8 in Naberezhnye Chelny, 4 in Nizhnekamsk and 1 in Bugulminsky District. Installation of outdoor lighting has been completed 100%, installation of small architectural forms — 96%. At the same time, acceptance of the improved areas continues: only 35% of courtyards have been finally accepted, the others require rectification of deficiencies, including contaminated soil, equipment installation errors and violations in the drainage system. Rustam Minnikhanov instructed a detailed analysis of the situation with the acceptance of the facilities, emphasizing the need for effective use of budget funds. Monitoring of work quality is scheduled from September 23 to October 2 in Kazan and the municipal districts. So far this year the program has received 7,583 appeals from residents, which indicates a high level of citizen engagement in the improvement process.
