The composition of the political council and its presidium at United Russia's Tatarstan regional branch has changed.

      Today the second stage of the XXXVIII conference of the Tatarstan regional branch of the party took place, at which the results of the election campaign were summed up.

      The conference, which was held at the Volga State University of Physical Education, Sport and Tourism, was attended by a member of the Party’s Supreme Council, Secretary of the Tatarstan Regional Office of the All‑Russian Political Party “United Russia,” Chairman of the State Council of the Republic of Tatarstan Farid Mukhametshin; Deputy Secretary of the Tatarstan Regional Office of the All‑Russian Political Party “United Russia,” Vice‑Speaker of the State Council of the Republic of Tatarstan Yuri Kamaltynov; deputies of the State Duma of the Russian Federation and the State Council of the Republic of Tatarstan; head of the regional party executive committee Marat Samigullin; the party’s regional activists, Young Guard members and others.

      Farid Mukhametshin delivered a report on the election results. The conference also saw a rotation of the membership of the regional political council and the presidium of the political council of the Tatarstan regional branch of the All‑Russian political party “United Russia.” “The composition is subject to rotation once a year by at least 10% of its number. Since the number of presidium members is 15, two people are subject to rotation,” Marat Samigullin said. The presidium of the political council removed Gulnara Gabdrakhmanova, Chair of the State Committee of the Republic of Tatarstan for Archival Affairs, and Lyudmila Rybakova, Director of the Yelabuga College of Culture and Arts. The new members of the presidium are Natalia Grechannikova, Vice‑Rector of the Volga State University of Physical Education, Sport and Tourism, and Elena Kuzmicheva, Chair of the Federation of Trade Unions of the Republic of Tatarstan. The regional political council now numbers 51 people. Delegates had to remove seven people from the political council. The new members of the political council are Ilshat Vakhitov, Secretary of the primary “Yashlek” branch of the Aktanysh rural settlement and head of the Aktanysh district administration; Dilbar Kazakova, Secretary of the Kurnalin primary branch; Ilnur Makhmutov, Director of the UFPS “Tatarstan Post” JSC “Russian Post”; Nikolay Melnikov, Secretary of the Bolshe Shurnyak primary party branch; Elvira Khabibullina, a member of primary branch No. 68 of the city of Nizhnekamsk; Igor Khramov, Executive Secretary of the Leninogorsk local branch of “United Russia”; and Anzhela Sharipova, Secretary of primary branch No. 48 of the city of Almetyevsk and Director of the Almetyevsk Vocational College.

      Also today there was an award ceremony for the winners of the 7th Republican contest of the Tatarstan Regional Office of the All‑Russian Political Party “United Russia” for the best organization of the work of deputy associations in representative bodies of municipal formations.
