      September 18 — The Zainsk Museum held a patriotic event "We Glorify Your Name, Hero" for students of local schools. The event, dedicated to the Special Military Operation, aimed to foster an active civic position in the younger generation through examples of the real heroism of fellow townspeople.

      Participants were not only told about servicemen taking part in the Special Military Operation, but were also introduced to the work of local volunteer movements. Students were shown products manufactured by Zakamye’s largest association, the Maskseti Movement "Zainsk s Vami," for the needs of the front, demonstrating the unity of the home front and the front lines.

      The central theme of the meeting was cultivating qualities such as integrity, honor, and loyalty to duty. Special attention was paid to the feats of local heroes. Teachers from Svetloozyorskaya School shared the story of their former pupil with the call sign "Ruzya," who was awarded high state honors, including the Decoration of Saint George, 4th class, the "Georgievsky Cross."

      During the event, photographs of participants in the Special Military Operation and their combat decorations were shown. Those present painfully recalled fellow townspeople who died in the area of the operation and honored their memory with a minute of silence.

      At the end, an exhibition "The Rear and the Front Are United" was organized for the students, and the poem "Letter to My Husband," dedicated to military duty and service to the Motherland, was read.
