Zainsk is implementing new standards to improve the quality of in-home social services.

      A pilot project to increase labor productivity in the social sector has been launched in the Zainsk District. On the basis of the Radost Center, the implementation of an out-of-the-box solution has begun, which systematizes the provision of in-home services to elderly citizens.

      On September 19, a kick-off meeting dedicated to the start of the project was held at the Radost Center for Social Services of the Zainsk District. The institution was included in the federal program under the “Productivity” project, which will make it possible to optimize processes and significantly improve the quality of services provided. A working group made up of center employees who completed training on the Productivity.RF platform has already been formed for the project’s implementation. In the near future they will begin developing the project’s information center and detailed work planning.

      The project launch took place with the support of the republic’s leadership. Yulia Ivanovna Abdreeva, Deputy Minister of Labour, Employment and Social Protection of the Republic of Tatarstan, took part in the event. The project manager from the Sectoral Competence Centre of the Russian Ministry of Labour, Svetlana Nikolaevna Kotenkova, gave a presentation on the main goals and implementation stages. She familiarized the staff with the principles of lean production and the implementation plan for the solution.

      The director of the Radost Center, Lyudmila Dmitrievna Simonova, expressed confidence in the success of the initiative and noted its importance for the further development of the institution. Following the meeting, the working group immediately began selecting a pilot process and defining its boundaries for subsequent diagnostics.
