Ravil Akhmetshin to the SVO fighters: We are always with you!

      The delegation of the Republic of Tatarstan, led by Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Tatarstan — Plenipotentiary Representative of the Republic of Tatarstan to the Russian Federation Ravil Akhmetshin, delivered another patronage aid shipment to Russian servicemen in one of the zones of the special military operation.

      To the command of the “Sever” grouping the Tatarstan delegation handed over two UAZ vehicles, various types of military special equipment (quadcopters, batteries, electronic warfare equipment, etc.), food supplies, household appliances, clothing and much more.

      “I wish you a speedy return home to your parents, wives, children and relatives. We have no doubt that Victory will come and it will be ours. And we are always with you! We will continue to help and come to you,” Ravil Kalimullovich addressed the fighters.

      From the first months of the special military operation Ravil Akhmetshin has gathered like-minded people who help assemble the cargo and personally deliver it to the fighters. This time the cargo for the servicemen was assembled and delivered by the Mayor of Naberezhnye Chelny Nail Magdeev, head of the Tetyushsky District Ramis Safiullov, philanthropist Rustem Gataullin (Barsmed company), member of the Officers’ Club at the Plenipotentiary Representative Office of Tatarstan Rafael Faizov, and the head of administration of the Plenipotentiary Representative Office of Tatarstan, Captain 1st Rank Rustem Amirhanov.

      A large personal contribution to the formation of the cargo was again made by State Duma deputy from Tatarstan Ruslan Gadzhiev.

      The Tatarstan representatives met and spoke with the fighters in one of the dugouts, among whom were women serving as medical personnel. In the year marking the 80th anniversary of the Great Victory, Ravil Kalimullovich presented those distinguished in service with the commemorative medal “100 Years of Army General Makhmut Gareev” and gifts.

      The delegation to the fighters included Russian Academy of Sciences academician, head of the S. M. Kirov Military Medical Academy, Lieutenant General of the Medical Service Yevgeny Kryukov. “I wish you a good guardian angel, so that you do not come to us with serious injuries and illnesses. Take care of yourselves, your lives,” Yevgeny Vladimirovich addressed the fighters.

      It should be noted that anyone wishing could receive at the end of the meeting, as a gift from the Plenipotentiary Representative Office of Tatarstan, a copy of the Holy Quran and the Prayer Book of the Orthodox Warrior.

      During the special military operation Ravil Akhmetshin has developed good friendly relations with the command of the “Sever” grouping. Thanks to this, Tatarstan representatives, with the help of like-minded people, process incoming requests from the military and personally bring them what they particularly need at different times of the year.

      As is tradition, the ceremonial event concluded with a joint tea party with national sweets. The group’s cooks even prepared Tatar triangular pastries for the guests and fighters.

      The meeting was made especially warm by performances from Honored Artist of Russia and Tatarstan Vladimir Kudashev and Honored Artist of Tatarstan Laysan Mingazova, who were part of the delegation.

      The Tatarstan delegation also learned about the daily life of the fighters and even sampled bread that the servicemen bake themselves in a dugout equipped as a bakery.

      As part of the trip, members of the delegation also visited a military training ground. For several weeks newly arrived fighters — specialists in various fields — have been undergoing training there. Veterans of the special military operation work with them, sharing their knowledge and experience.

      Philanthropists Ilgiz Islamov, Fanis Khuzin, Felix Zhamaliev and the Financial University under the Government of the Russian Federation also took part in assembling the cargo (clothing for the fighters is sewn by the university’s teachers and students).
