The mayor of Bugulma, Damir Fattakhov, announced new personnel changes.

      At the weekly meeting at the administration of the Bugulminsky District, Mayor Damir Fattakhov announced appointments to key positions.

      Konstantin Kruglov was appointed head of the sector for sports and tourism and acting deputy head of the district executive committee for social affairs. Previously he worked as deputy director of the "Fakel" sports complex.

      Margarita Sofronova was appointed head of the housing and utilities department of the Executive Committee. She has significant experience in the housing and utilities sector: she previously worked in the Committee of Housing and Utilities of the Kazan mayor’s office and headed one of the largest management companies.

      Alsu Mamadalieva was appointed head of the youth affairs sector. She is well known in the field of youth policy, having worked in the Department for Work with Territories of the Ministry of Youth Affairs of Tatarstan.

      "Personnel policy is the foundation for change: one person alone is not a warrior, therefore my task is to form a strong team in all areas," emphasized Damir Fattakhov.
