A 13-year-old boy went missing on his way from school in the Tukaevsky District.

      The Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation for the Tukaevsky District has declared 13-year-old Elnaz Safin missing; he disappeared without a trace on September 29 while returning home from school. According to the bulletin, Elnaz left the school in the village of Nizhny Suyk‑Su at about 18:00 and headed toward his home on Khutorskaya Street in the village of Kuvady. The teenager was walking along the highway leading from Naberezhnye Chelny but did not reach his village.

      Elnaz is 165–167 cm tall, of medium build, with short black hair, brown eyes and slightly protruding ears. On the evening of his disappearance he was wearing blue trousers with a black check pattern, a red autumn zip‑up jacket with a hood and the white inscription “Россия” on the chest, black sneakers with a white “Nike” inscription and a black backpack with a large smiley. Under his outerwear he had a white short‑sleeved shirt and a white knitted zip‑up sweater with black spots. The child can also be identified by a burn mark on his right hand measuring 2.5 by 0.8 centimetres.

      According to the information in the bulletin, Elnaz has never run away from home; he is a “home‑oriented, non‑conflict boy.” Anyone with information about his whereabouts is asked to call 8‑927‑244‑94‑04.
