      Almetyevsk management company "ZHEU-3" was fined for violations at building No. 53 on Lenina Street. According to the State Housing Inspectorate of the Republic of Tatarstan, residents faced a problem: winter is approaching, but the stairwell windows are broken. The housing managers explained that repairs are planned, but additional contributions from the residents are needed. However, until the windows are installed, heat is escaping outside, and residents have to spend extra money to heat the street.

      The housing inspectorate was not pleased with the company’s stance. For the unsatisfactory condition of the building, "ZHEU-3" was fined 25,000 rubles and is obliged to promptly remedy the violations.
