      In Kazan, the project for the first phase of construction of the multifunctional complex "Yar Park" on the bank of the Kazanka River has successfully passed the state expertise. This important step will combine tourist, social and business infrastructure.

      The complex will be built on a section of the shoreline adjacent to the intersection of Sibgata Khakima and Abdulla Bichurin streets. The project documentation was prepared by Kazan’s LeRa Project, Moscow’s Project Company "Geostroyproekt" and the Sergey Skuratov Architectural Bureau.

      Construction of "Yar Park" was announced in autumn 2023. It is expected that investments in the project will amount to 28.7 billion rubles, and work is planned to be completed by 2028. The complex will include a luxury hotel, a modern shopping center, office spaces, a kindergarten and numerous venues for public and entertainment events.

      Recall that in February there were plans in Kazan to change the boundaries of the land plot for the construction of "Yar Park". Public discussions were organized for this.
