Centralized purchases by the State Committee of the Republic of Tatarstan over nine months exceeded 3.6 billion rubles.

      Thanks to procurements organized by the Committee, it has been possible to reduce budget expenditures by 5% since the beginning of the year.

      The State Committee of the Republic of Tatarstan for Procurement conducted 408 centralized procurement procedures totaling more than 3.6 billion rubles in the first nine months of 2025. The information was announced at a weekly meeting of the agency. The most in-demand method of selecting suppliers remained the open electronic auction — 379 procurement procedures were carried out in this way. Goods and services were purchased for regional and municipal customers according to their lists. Major items included vehicles, fuel, catering services, insurance, supplies of light industry products, as well as computer and office equipment.

      Thanks to procurements organized by the Committee, it has been possible to reduce budget expenditures by 5% since the beginning of the year. This allowed savings of more than 176 million rubles.

      "Centralizing procurement procedures has allowed us not only to ensure significant savings of budgetary funds, but also to increase the overall transparency of the state procurement system in the republic. We continue to improve the methodology for conducting tenders, implement digital tools and strengthen control over contract execution. Our goal is the most efficient use of every ruble of budgetary funds while complying with all legal requirements," emphasized Marat Ziatdinov, Chairman of the State Committee of the Republic of Tatarstan for Procurement.

      In addition, over nine months, under agreements concluded by the State Committee, 233 procurements were carried out totaling more than 3.2 billion rubles. As a result of the contracts concluded, it was possible to save more than 189 million rubles, which amounts to 8% of the total value of placed procurements.
