      The Ministry for Youth Affairs of the Republic of Tatarstan has announced the start of a grant competition for individuals. Young residents of the republic can receive up to 300,000 rubles to implement social initiatives. The total grant fund amounts to 7 million rubles. Applications will be accepted until November 5 inclusive.

      Russian citizens aged 18 to 35 who permanently reside in Tatarstan are eligible to apply. An important condition: participants must not be producers of goods, works or services, nor taxpayers of the professional income tax. The competition is intended for those who have a fresh idea in the field of youth policy but lack the funds to implement it.

      In 2025, projects will be accepted in five key areas:

      - “Masters of the Future”: Professional self-realization, youth media, science and creativity.

      - “Small Homeland — Great Victory”: Development of small territories, preservation of historical and cultural traditions.

      - “Kind Tatarstan”: Development of the volunteer movement.

      - “Healthy Future”: Prevention of negative phenomena among youth and promotion of road safety.

      - “Strengthening Traditional Value-Semantic and Moral Orientations”: Family, patriotism, support for youth with disabilities, interethnic interaction and anti-corruption education.

      Winners will receive targeted funds to implement their project. After its completion, grantees are required to submit a report that includes both a financial section and a description of the quantitative and qualitative results achieved.

      “Thanks to the support of the Head of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov, since 2019 every young person has had the opportunity to formalize their idea as a project and receive funding for its implementation,” noted the Minister for Youth Affairs of the Republic of Tatarstan Azat Kadyrov.

      This initiative clearly demonstrates how conditions are being created in Tatarstan to unlock the potential of the younger generation, which fully corresponds to the goals of the national project "Youth and Children."
