At the age of 70, Vitaly Mamontov, director and founder of the departmental television studio (VTS) of Nizhnekamsk, passed away. The announcement of his death appeared in the chat of the administration of the Nizhnekamsk district. Vitaly Mamontov stood at the origins of the creation of the VTS, founded in 1991 as a subsidiary of Nizhnekamskneftekhim. Under his leadership, the studio was able to introduce modern equipment and technologies, including the ability to broadcast Kontinental Hockey League (KHL) matches live. Later, as a result of reorganization, the studio was transformed into Neftekhim Media LLC, combining all the media resources of the parent company. However, the holding company was liquidated in 2022.
The farewell to Vitaly Mamontov will take place on October 10 at 9:30 at the church on Muradyan Street.
