      According to TASS, four suspects were detained, among them a native of one of the Central Asian countries. Specialists estimate that the power of the IED made by the terrorists would have provided a zone of continuous casualties of people within a radius of up to 70 m. According to the plan of the Ukrainian special services, the perpetrator himself was also supposed to die.

      According to the investigation, the perpetrator was recruited in the interests of the Ukrainian special services by Saidakbar Gulomov, a functionary of the international terrorist organization “Islamic State”*, who has been placed on the international wanted list.

      It turned out that, on the orders of his Ukrainian handlers, he remotely directed the actions of the perpetrator via foreign messengers. He provided the perpetrator with money, information about the target, as well as explosives and other components for making the IED, which were illegally brought into our country by Ukrainian special services using UAVs.

      According to the FSB of Russia, Gulomov was involved in the murder of the head of the Radiological, Chemical and Biological Defense troops of the Russian Armed Forces, Lieutenant General Kirillov, which was organized by Ukrainian military intelligence.

      A criminal case has been opened under the articles “Preparation for a terrorist act” and “Illegal circulation of explosive substances or explosive devices”.
