      On Thursday, October 16, a shooting occurred in Kazan at the intersection of Tetsevskaya and Khimicheskaya streets. According to preliminary data, a man, about 40 years old, shot a passenger of a Moskvich car with a pneumatic pistol, reports the city traffic police (GIBDD).

      According to eyewitnesses, bullets hit the victim in the face, chest and abdomen. He was taken from the scene by ambulance to hospital. The shooter was detained almost immediately. Police are now establishing his motive and the circumstances of the incident.

      As the Tatarstan Ministry of Internal Affairs in turn reported, the attack was committed by the driver of a KIA, who had a road conflict with the driver of the Moskvich and the passenger.
