All work under Tatarstan's "Our Yard" program has been completed.

      All the work scheduled for 2025 under the "Our Yard" program in Tatarstan has been completed. This was reported by the director of the "Institute for the Development of Cities of the Republic of Tatarstan" foundation, Nailya Zinnatullina, at the customary meeting in the Government House of the region. The meeting, with all municipalities connected via video link, was chaired by the Prime Minister of Tatarstan, Alexey Pesoshin. Chairman of the State Council of the Republic of Tatarstan Farid Mukhametshin also took part, the press service of the Rais of the republic reports.

      "The physical implementation of the program is 100%. I express my gratitude to everyone for the work done. However, we should not relax, because in the upcoming period we will face no less responsible tasks," emphasized Nailya Zinnatullina.

      According to the speaker, road works and the installation of outdoor lighting under the program were completed back in September. Work on installing playground and sports equipment was completed on October 8.

      Speaking about the statistics of deficiencies identified during the current year, she referred to information presented two weeks earlier to the Rais of Tatarstan, Rustam Minnikhanov, and to the heads of the relevant departments and organizations.

      "...our worst figures for the current year are in the Nurlat, Mamadysh and Agryz districts, where each site has two or more identified violations. The fewest remarks were recorded in the Vysokogorsky and Zainsky districts of the republic," Zinnatullina stated.

      The largest number of remarks, over 50% of the total, were related to road works. At the same time, the fewest questions arose regarding the installation of outdoor lighting.

      As emphasized by the head of the Institute for the Development of Cities of the Republic of Tatarstan, "all the remarks identified during previous inspections have been rectified to date."

      However, during control inspections of Kazan and Naberezhnye Chelny over the past two weeks, additional violations were identified that need to be corrected by October 24. These concern remarks on road works in the capital of the republic and on the equipment and operation of management companies in Avtograd.

      "At the moment, 546 yard territories out of 677 participating in the program this year have been accepted. ... An inspection of 77 yard territories is planned in the next two weeks," Zinnatullina emphasized. The presentation indicates that all 77 of these yards are located in Kazan.

      In this context, the director of the "Institute for the Development of Cities of the Republic of Tatarstan" foundation drew attention to the fact that the refinement of remarks in Kazan and Naberezhnye Chelny is still ongoing, "therefore it is premature to speak publicly about the completion of the program."

      "When we have eliminated all the remarks, we will be able to confidently speak about the end of this year's program," she summed up the discussion of this issue.

      By January 30, 2026, a general meeting with all contracting organizations should take place. Particular attention there will be paid to analyzing mistakes made this year. Among other things, annual training for management companies will be organized in the near future.
