In Kazan on Telman Street an accident involving a 16-year-old teenager occurred. The young man fell into the ventilation system of an abandoned building and became stuck at a height. According to rescuers from ZPSO No. 2, the teenager could not get out on his own and likely sustained a broken leg.
Upon arrival, specialists carried out an operation to extricate the victim. Rescuers pulled the young man out of the ventilation shaft and handed him over to an ambulance crew for further hospitalization.
