On October 22, a republican conference for teachers of special preschools was held at the "Druzhnaya Semeika" kindergarten on the topic "Folk-applied arts as an effective means of addressing cognitive and corrective tasks in working with children with disabilities." In a remote format, educators from Almetyevsk, Naberezhnye Chelny, Nizhnekamsk, Yelabuga, Kamskiye Polyany, Menzelinsk and Zainsk shared experiences in using modern approaches to the upbringing and education of children with disabilities, developing their cognitive activity, and shaping a creative personality through artistic and aesthetic activities in the preschool setting.
Tatiana Garnysheva, head of the Educational and Methodological Department of the Naberezhnye Chelny State Pedagogical University, associate professor of the Department of Psychological-Pedagogical and Special Defectological Education, and Candidate of Pedagogical Sciences, took part in the conference. She highly praised the work carried out, noting its relevance. Participants had the opportunity to learn how to model activities based on the types, techniques and methods of artistic creativity studied. The practical tips and materials presented helped educators enrich their knowledge, broaden their view of methods and forms of work, and see a model of effective interaction among all participants in the educational process.
