"Most likely it was painted at night, as yesterday there were no drawings or symbols. They have already begun to paint over everything," the administrations of the Vakhitovsky and Privolzhsky districts clarified, citing the city's Committee for External Improvement.
The fountains' balance holder is the Committee for External Improvement. The committee has already contacted the police, the administrations added.
