      Forecasters predict that on November 4 in the morning and daytime hours a difficult meteorological situation will develop across the republic. Residents of Tatarstan are warned of possible fog, strong winds with gusts up to 18 m/s, and the possibility of icy patches forming on the roads.

      In connection with the unfavorable forecast, EMERCOM specialists are addressing citizens with important recommendations. Pedestrians are advised, when crossing the roadway, to use exclusively overground or underground pedestrian crossings whenever possible. Drivers, in turn, are urged to be especially vigilant behind the wheel and to strictly observe traffic rules.
