      Russian President Vladimir Putin has approved a new road safety strategy through 2036. The corresponding decree was published on the legal acts website. The document is aimed at reducing accident rates, improving road conditions, and raising the level of traffic culture among drivers and pedestrians. The strategy is planned to be implemented in stages: first until 2030, then until 2036. The main measures include modernizing monitoring of road conditions, developing measures to prevent traffic accidents, and improving the qualifications of medical personnel who work with accident victims.
