From November 10 to 12 the girl received several calls from scammers who presented themselves as employees of the police, a bank, Gosuslugi and a lawyer. They intimidated the child, claiming that her parents were allegedly involved in a crime, and demanded that she urgently transfer money to a “special account” to save the family. Frightened, the schoolgirl used an ATM and sent the requested amount. At present a criminal case on fraud has been opened in this matter; the investigation is being carried out by the Department of Internal Affairs for the Tukaevsky District.
