SIBUR teams won at the festival "Наше время – Безнен заман".

      Teams from SIBUR enterprises in Tatarstan also became winners of the Republican television festival of working youth creativity “Nashe vremya – Beznen zaman.” In all categories – from vocals to choreography. This year the Festival was held for the 13th time and brought together 150 enterprises of the Republic. Diana Dasaeva met with the participants.

      Valentina Zorina devoted every free minute at the plant to rehearsals of the Tatar dance – she works as a process operator. She practiced the smoothness of jumps and turns at the unit, in the control room.

      To shine on the stage of the Festival “Nashe vremya – Beznen zaman.” In the language of dance the Nizhnekamskneftekhim team told about spring fieldwork.

      “It's a pride! Because we are such a team: strong, united, interesting,” shared Valentina Zorina, a process operator at Nizhnekamskneftekhim.

      Bright numbers, the most complex choreographic elements and professional sound – these are not artists, but young workers from Tatarstan enterprises, teachers, doctors.

      “Thanks to the festival it is possible to reveal the spiritual and intellectual potential, the creative abilities of working youth. It is especially valuable that the festival movement is constantly expanding. New representatives of various industries and the social sphere are joining its ranks,” noted the Prime Minister of the Republic of Tatarstan Alexey Pesoshin.

      The Festival is being held for the thirteenth time with the support of Rais of Tatarstan – before getting to the main stage, they impressed the jury in the qualifying zonal stages in the nominations “Musical Direction,” “Dance Direction.”

      They rehearsed for weeks – during lunch breaks, after shifts.

      “For this, all conditions have been created for us at Nizhnekamskneftekhim. We support both sports and creativity. Management is accommodating. The range is diverse – machine operators, students, there is a production manager, shift supervisors, all professions are represented with us,” noted Oleg Shumkov, chairman of the trade union organization of SIBUR Nizhnekamskneftekhim.

      Like the regions, the peoples of Russia – the geographical and national diversity of SIBUR was showcased in the “Visiting Card” nomination.

      “When you do what you love, combining dance and work is pleasant. When we all get together as a team, new people are added, new acquaintances appear, and that helps during work. The stage, ‘Beznen zaman,’ doesn’t let you go from the plant,” said Azat Zinnatullin, an engineer at the monomers plant of Nizhnekamskneftekhim.

      The “Minute of Glory” nomination was timed to the Year of the Defender of the Fatherland and the 80th anniversary of the Great Victory. The numbers were dedicated to the heroes of the Great Patriotic War and to doctors. The lines of wartime tricorn hats were brought to life by the Kazanorgsintez collective – the dance won.

      “This dance is connected with a girl who sent her husband to war and awaits a letter from him, lines, those very words important to all women whose husbands are on the other side,” shared Aigiz Tukhvatullin, a distillation process operator at Kazanorgsintez.

      Special attention was paid to the sports teams of the enterprises, noting their victories at the working youth festival “MoloT.”

      “For me it is a pleasure to do what interests me, to develop in my position and to show my best sides in sport,” said Karina Sarvarova, planning and resource support engineer at Nizhnekamskneftekhim.

      Kazanorgsintez became one of the winners in the team standings. “The Pride of Our Time” — the Nizhnekamskneftekhim team. Recognition of the enterprise's contribution to the development of culture and all of Tatarstan.
