      Demolition work has begun in Kazan on an unfinished building by Lake Kaban. The nine-story building could not be completed since the late 2000s.

      In 2014 a plan was developed to finish the building, according to which an additional five floors were to be added, as well as improvements to the parking lot and site. Nevertheless, the work could not be brought to completion.

      The unfinished building is located at 51 Khadi Taktash Street. The completion time for the demolition is unknown.
