"I wish the soldiers good health and happiness": Nizhnekamsk preschoolers prepared gifts for the special military operation.

      At Kindergarten No. 60 in Nizhnekamsk, an event was held in which the children prepared gifts for servicemen taking part in the special military operation. The children drew cards and took part in a workshop on making "dry shower" kits — sets that help soldiers maintain hygiene in the field.

      In one of the groups a regular lesson turned into a creative workshop: the children enthusiastically drew stars, hearts, the Russian flag, and came up with scenes about soldiers and military equipment.

      "A soldier should be strong and brave," they shared. Each child tried to make sure their work would please the recipients.

      This kindergarten group recently joined the All-Russian movement of children and youth "Movement of the First." "One of the movement's directions is patriotism and historical memory. In our pilot group we try to instill in children a love for their country," said Deputy Head for Educational Work Gulnur Sabirzyanova.

      At the same time, children from another preparatory group took part in a workshop run by volunteers from the "Kind Hearts" association and learned how to assemble the dry shower kits. The children were explained how such a kit helps in field conditions. "A soldier pours a little water in, the sponge foams up, he washes his hands and face, and then wipes off — the product does not require rinsing," explained volunteer Natalya Suvorova.

      The preschoolers watched with interest as the sponge instantly turned into foam, and quickly filled the packets with the necessary components. In total they managed to assemble about 50 kits.

      "I made a dry shower, it's easy. I drew a heart because I love my grandfather — he fought," said one of the participants. "I wish the soldiers health and happiness, that they win," added preschooler Elina Miftakhova.

      The kindergarten staff and the parents are already preparing the next batch of humanitarian aid. The drawings, collected clothes and dry-shower kits will be sent to the soldiers at the beginning of December.

      In his message to the State Council of Tatarstan, the Head of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov thanked the volunteers for their contribution to supporting the SMO.

      "We see how difficult times have united our society. The people of Tatarstan, following the call of their hearts, provide support to our soldiers, their families, and collect humanitarian aid for the front and for the cities under patronage — Lysychansk and Rubizhne.
