The Ministry of Land and Property of the Republic of Tatarstan has launched an internship program for municipal officials in property and land resource management.

      On November 19, a two-day internship on the topic “Organization of the management of property and land resources, leasing of property and land plots, and other matters” opened at the Ministry of Land and Property Relations of the Republic of Tatarstan for municipal employees. The internship is attended by the deputy head of the Department for Restoration of Citizens’ Rights of the Office of the Commissioner for Human Rights in the Republic of Tatarstan, the heads of the chambers of property and land relations of Vysokogorsky, Kaybitsky, Leninogorsky, and Tukaevsky districts, as well as the deputy heads of the chambers of property and land relations of Muslyumovsky and Rybno-Slobodsky districts.

      The training platform was organized by the Ministry of Land and Property Relations of the Republic of Tatarstan together with the Higher School of Public and Municipal Administration (HSPMA) of Kazan Federal University.

      At the opening of the event, Minister of Land and Property Relations of the Republic of Tatarstan Fanil Agliullin and Deputy Director of the HSPMA Natalya Aksenova delivered welcoming remarks.

      “Internships at the Ministry have been held since 2018 and are an important component of methodological assistance to municipal formations. This is already the fifteenth event. In total, 67 municipal employees have been trained within the Ministry’s training platform. I wish you productive work; ask questions — I am sure that together we will find approaches to solving any tasks,” noted Fanil Agliullin.

      During the internship, lecture and practical sessions will be organized for participants, at which the following key issues will be discussed: the activities of the chambers of property and land relations of municipal formations; accounting of municipal property; use of the functionality of the National Spatial Data System in the procedures for providing municipal services; corporate governance of business companies with a municipal share in the authorized capital; electronic auctions; inventory of unused real estate objects; main directions in the field of cadastral relations; municipal land control; and others.

      The internship program will conclude with a final certification in the form of testing and a ceremonial presentation of certificates of advanced training.
