Bavlinsky District hosted parenting advisors from across the region.

      A zonal seminar for advisors to school principals on upbringing and interaction with children's public associations was held at the Kzyl-Yar School named after Fanis Yarullin.

      The teachers' meeting was devoted to current issues in organizing educational/upbringing work and exchanging successful practices of educational institutions on the topic “Small-scale educational institutions: challenges and opportunities for advisors.” As emphasized by the municipal coordinator of advisors to school principals for Bavlinsky District, Liliya Sharapova, the seminar’s goal was to improve professional competencies, discuss specific features, and develop effective approaches to raising the younger generation in educational organizations.

      The ceremonial opening of the seminar featured performances by the school’s students and activists of the “Yunarmiya” association from School No. 5 in the town of Bavly. Welcoming remarks were delivered by Ilmira Khusnullina, Deputy Head of the District Executive Committee for Social Affairs; Albina Aminova, director of the Kzyl-Yar School; and Ayrat Gaifullin, chief expert of the Department for Implementation of Projects and Programs in the Field of Patriotic Education of Citizens at the Federal State Budgetary Institution "Rosdetcentr," and acting regional coordinator of the “Navigators of Childhood” project in the Republic of Tatarstan.

      “The seminar program was filled with thematic presentations by teachers who shared their practical experience organizing the educational process in small-sized schools,” Liliya Sharapova reported. “Participants were shown best practices, including presentations of successful projects and initiatives by advisors from various educational institutions, effective forms of interaction with the parent community, as well as examples of the development of children's initiatives and student self-government.”

      Within thematic master classes, advisors became acquainted with tools for supporting and developing students’ ideas in various educational spaces of the school. A pleasant addition was theatrical performances presented by the district’s educational institutions, showcasing the capabilities of school theatre groups.

      Special attention was paid to methodological materials on patriotic education. In particular, the municipal coordinator of the “Navigators of Childhood” project in Bavlinsky District, Liliya Sharapova, presented her author’s coloring book “Color Your Native Homeland.” This coloring book, dedicated to the district’s historical and cultural sites, is intended for children in preschool educational institutions and pupils of the primary grades, and became an excellent tool for exchanging practical experience.

      The seminar concluded with a ceremonial award ceremony presenting certificates to teachers and municipal coordinators of the project who actively participated in its work.

      “The seminar became a fruitful platform for constructive dialogue, allowed participants to acquire new knowledge and methodological materials, and helped strengthen the professional community of advisors on upbringing.
