Exchange of experience: a delegation from Kazakhstan visited the Mamadysh Central District Hospital

      A delegation from Kazakhstan paid a working visit to the Mamadysh Central District Hospital to study experience and strengthen interregional cooperation in healthcare. The delegation included Asel Kurbanbekovna Bekarystanova and Gulzira Otarovna Dolanova.

      The main objectives of the delegation’s visit were to familiarize themselves with the organization of the medical institution’s work, modern methods of diagnosis and treatment, and to study the practice of providing primary health care, including in rural areas.

      According to the visit program, the guests were given a detailed tour of the hospital’s key departments and offices. Administration staff, led by Chief Physician Ruslan Zagirovich Garipov, conducted an excursion for their colleagues, during which the capabilities of the anesthesiology, resuscitation and intensive care unit, the therapeutic department, the hemodialysis unit, the day hospital, the endoscopy department and operating blocks, as well as the CT and ECG rooms, were demonstrated. The delegation showed particular interest in visiting the department of general practitioners and the specialized office for patients over 65.

      The cultural part of the visit included a tour of the Mamadysh District Museum of Healthcare History, where the guests left warm wishes in the Book of Honorary Guests.

      To gain a fuller picture of the district’s healthcare system, the delegates also visited the Nizhneoshminskaya medical outpatient clinic and the Verkhneyakinsky feldsher‑obstetric station (FAP) for familiarization purposes.

      The visit concluded with a working meeting chaired by the chief physician of the Mamadysh Central District Hospital, Ruslan Zagirovich Garipov, with the participation of delegation members and hospital administration staff.

      “It is a great honor for us to host colleagues from friendly Kazakhstan. We tried to show our work as openly as possible, both in the hospital and at the rural sites. Such an exchange of experience is incredibly valuable: it allows us not only to demonstrate our own developments, but also to adopt best practices and see new growth points,” said Chief Physician Ruslan Zagirovich Garipov.

      Speaking at the meeting, the delegation members highly praised the organization of the hospital’s work, noted the departments’ equipment and the staff’s professionalism, and thanked the leadership and employees for the warm and cordial welcome.

      The delegation’s visit was productive and left exclusively positive impressions on all participants.
