Alexander Nepomnyashchiy, formerly serving as prosecutor of the Agryz District, was sworn in as a judge of the Verkhneuslonsky District Court.
A solemn ceremony introducing the new judge was held at the Verkhneuslonsky District Court. Alexander Nepomnyashchiy, formerly serving as prosecutor of the Agryz Municipal District, was appointed to a judicial position by decree of the President of the Russian Federation. During the official procedure, the court chair Olga Tyuftina presented the new judge with a robe — a traditional symbol of judicial authority. Representatives of law enforcement and the judicial system attended the ceremony, including district prosecutor Eduard Sadreev, heads of investigative units and the bailiff service. Colleagues expressed confidence in the professional competence of the new judge and wished him to render fair and lawful decisions.
Alexander Nepomnyashchiy has extensive legal experience — after graduating from the Kazan Law Institute of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia he worked as an investigator for seven years, served in the prosecutor’s office from 2017, and from 2019 to 2022 held the position of deputy prosecutor of Verkhneuslonsky District.
