On Saturday, October 25, an additional public reception day will be held at the client service centers of the Branch of the Social Fund of Russia in the Republic of Tatarstan. Such days are organized regularly — on the last Saturday of each month.
"Our task is to make services as accessible as possible. Additional reception days help citizens resolve their issues without haste and receive consultations at a convenient time. On this day, residents of the republic will be able to apply for all services: arrange or recalculate a pension, submit an application for social payments and benefits, arrange maternity (family) capital and much more," noted the head of the Branch of the SFR in the Republic of Tatarstan, Eduard Vafin.
In large cities such as Kazan, Naberezhnye Chelny, Almetyevsk, Leninogorsk, Zelenodolsk and Nizhnekamsk, citizen reception will be held from 9:00 to 15:00; in other client service centers — from 9:00 to 12:00. When applying, citizens are advised to have their passport and documents confirming the right to receive the relevant services. Additional reception days are especially convenient for those who cannot visit a client service center on weekdays. Up-to-date information on addresses and opening hours of client service centers is published on the official website of the Social Fund of Russia.
