38 projects from 19 districts of Tatarstan will receive support under the national project "Tourism and Hospitality".

      The results of the second competitive selection for state support of projects aimed at developing tourism infrastructure and creating non-capital facilities near automobile tourist routes have been summed up.

      This year special attention is being paid to the development of auto-tourism infrastructure at the direction of the President of the Russian Federation, Vladimir V. Putin. Support will be provided to 38 projects from 19 municipalities of Tatarstan. Funds allocated under the national project, together with co-financing from entrepreneurs, will be directed to the creation of infrastructure, including accommodation facilities, tourist attractions and multifunctional roadside service zones. This will expand the range and improve the quality of services offered to tourists.

      Among the projects that will receive funding are: the eco-farm “Bilyar Ostriches” (Alekseevsky District), the Soul hotel (Almetyevsky District), the Lebyazhye sports and wellness complex (Kazan), the Utrau country club (Zelenodolsky District), the Belaya Dacha recreation center (Yelabuga District), Tatar Hills (Arsky District), the Shtorm campground (Vysokogorsky District) and Inesh Buye campground (Bavlinsky District), the Vmeste glamping site (Kamsko-Ustinsky District) and Kama glamping site (Chistopolsky District), as well as the Saulyk wellness complex (Tukaevsky District).

      Funding will also be directed to developing infrastructure in the multifunctional zones “Irbis” and “Tatneft” near the M7 and M12 highways, covering Verkhneuslonsky, Yelabuzhsky, Zelenodolsky, Laishevsky, Menzelinsky and Pestrechinsky districts.

      As part of the support, the purchase of modular units for organizing spa areas, food outlets and rental points is foreseen.

      For example, such facilities are planned at the Bilyar Ostriches eco-farm (Alekseevsky District), the Minger country complex (Sabinsky District), the Shifaly Su–Izhminvody sanatorium (Mendeleevsky District) and the Zhemchuzhina sanatorium (Naberezhnye Chelny), as well as at the For-rest glamping site (Verkhneuslonsky District) and the Breath of the North family farm (Yelabuga District).

      In addition, support will cover the purchase of sanitary modules for the Breath of the North family farm (Yelabuga District) and the Lebyazhye sports and wellness complex (Kazan), the creation of a rope park at the Bersut recreation base (Mamadyshsky District), as well as the purchase of bathing vats and modular saunas for the Sviyaga Glamp glamping site (Verkhneuslonsky District), For-rest (Verkhneuslonsky District) and Vmeste (Kamsko-Ustinsky District) glampings, the Snezhok bike-and-ski base (Tukaevsky District) and the Minger country complex (Sabinsky District).
