      Kazan (Volga Region) Federal University will receive a grant of 31.9 million rubles to implement educational programs for children with autism spectrum disorders (ASD). The corresponding decree was approved by the Cabinet of Ministers of Tatarstan. The funds are allocated in the form of a subsidy to cover expenses related to the implementation of preschool educational programs and additional general developmental programs for children with ASD.       KFU is entitled to allocate the received funds to a number of key expenditure items: salaries of staff, maintenance of the specialized unit, purchase of teaching aids, and other expenses directly related to educational activities. In addition, the adopted decree suspends the effect of the previous document on the provision of a similar grant — until January 1, 2026.

      Earlier it was reported that KFU will receive 830 million rubles in 2026 under the "Priority-2030" program.
