More than 100 veterans of the special military operation in Tatarstan have found work.

      In Tatarstan, more than one hundred participants of the special military operation have been employed with the assistance of state employment services since the beginning of 2025.

      According to the Ministry of Labor, Employment and Social Protection of the Republic of Tatarstan, 154 people turned to the Personnel Centers, and 102 of them successfully obtained jobs. In addition, five veterans started their own businesses, and 52 people completed a free professional retraining program. Each applicant is provided with a personal career counselor who supports them at all stages — from writing a resume to preparing for an interview.

      Currently, veterans are working at enterprises in the republic as automatic line operators, drivers, welders, and oil and gas production operators. Eight educational programs are available for retraining on the "Work Russia" portal, including promising fields: data analyst, AI specialist, and UAV operator. This work is being carried out within the framework of the national "Personnel" project.
