In Almetyevsky District, the first phase of the major overhaul of a regional road has been completed.
The first stage of the major overhaul of a key highway under the national project "Infrastructure for Life" has been completed in Almetyevsky District. Work was carried out on a section of the Kazan — Orenburg route — st. Kaleykino — Naberezhnye Chelny — Zainsk — Almetyevsk.
The contractor carried out soil stabilization using a crushed stone–sand mixture, replaced the road surface and laid the lower layer of asphalt concrete pavement. The length of the repaired section was 3 kilometers.
The road project is a multi-stage (carry-over) project. The second phase of work, which includes laying the top layer of asphalt, is already scheduled for next year. In addition, repairs are planned to continue for another 3.9 kilometers. Full completion of all works is planned by 2027.
It is worth noting that the volume of road works carried out this year in Almetyevsky District has been record-breaking. The implementation of these large-scale projects became possible thanks to the personal support of the Head of the Republic of Tatarstan, Rustam Minnikhanov, and the head of Almetyevsky District, Gyuzel Khabutdinova.
