To receive such an increase, the main condition is official unemployment. Even if a pensioner decides to move from a village to an urban district, the allowance will be retained as long as they remain unemployed.

      In addition, hundreds of professions are included in the calculation of work experience, among them specialists in animal husbandry, crop production, veterinary medicine and mechanical engineering.
